you are interested in becoming a Gentlemen Host®, and you have
read our Candidate Letter and Dance Criteria, please take a moment
to fill out this application request form. Your request will be emailed
to our Chicago office, and an information packet and application form
will be mailed to you.
Gentlemen
Hosts® serve as volunteer, goodwill ambassadors and do not receive
salaries.
The
information you provide will not be disclosed to any third parties.
It is not necessary to complete every field in this form, but doing
so will allow us to process your request more quickly. We cannot
send you a packet without your first and last name, and your
complete mailing address.
Please
note: It is essential that a Gentlemen Host® be a competent
(not expert) dancer, and he must have a proficiency in
the basic steps of the
social ballroom dances, fox-trot, waltz, swing, and the Latin rumba
and
cha-cha.
