The Working Vacation® Inc. is a consulting placement company.  Having specialized in cruise ship enrichment programs within the cruise industry since 1980, we enjoy a rich past of service to numerous participants and cruise companies and their guests. Throughout the years our offerings of Presenter and Speaker Programs and The Gentlemen Hosts® Program have widely extended hospitality and enhanced social activities to a variety of guests. Our participants exchanged their expertise for a vessel's short term "working vacation".
